Our beaches are free of oil and have not been affected by the oil spill. Should we be impacted by an oil spill, you may cancel at any time and not lose your security deposit. Rate Basis
Rates are based on
four person occupancy for two bedroom. Additional persons are charged at $10 per
day. Renters must notify security (346-2666) with the guest
name and time of arrival. Only the number of
persons specified in the confirmation will be
permitted to use accommodations. Rates and taxes
subject to change without notice.
No Refunds For Early Departure.

Deposits
Reservations
are confirmed upon receipt of security deposit.
Jan. 16 - Apr. 30 - $800 security
deposit ($400 applied to prepaid rent), $400 will
be refunded 30 days after departure
May 1 - Jan.
15 - $400 security deposit, refunded 30 days after
departure
Payment
Upon arrival, the remaining balance of the rent and
tax is due. All rates are subject to applicable Florida
Sales Tax. Payment can be made by cash, money order,
personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or traveler check
in U.S. funds only.
Cancellations
A 60-day cancellation
prior to the date of arrival is required for
a refund of deposit.
Check In/Out Times
Check-In time is 3:00
- 5:00 p.m. -
Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m.
Please notify the rental office if arriving between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Arrivals after 12:00 (Midnight) not permitted. Management reserves the right to assign a substitute
unit if necessary. Any reservation changes must have
office approval. No Pets Allowed
Security Gate
Vehicle entry to the Siesta Dunes property is through a security gate. A remote for access through the gate will be issued upon checking in. It is your responsibility to return this to the office upon departure; a $50 charge will be made against your security deposit if it is not returned.
